Dr Naureen is a Specialist in Prosthodontics. She is highly skilled in the aesthetic restoration and replacement of teeth and has a particular interest in managing tooth wear, tooth discolouration, dental anomalies, and restoration of dental implants.
She is a Clinical Lecturer at University College London, supervising Master’s Students and Specialty Trainees in Prosthodontics. In addition to this, she delivers teaching for postgraduate students at King’s College London.
Naureen qualified from the University of Glasgow in 2013 and then pursued 3 years of postgraduate training at King’s College Hospital. This involved posts in Restorative Dentistry, Oral Surgery, Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Paediatric Dentistry and Dental Public Health. She was then appointed as a Clinical Teacher in Oral Surgery and Restorative Dentistry at King’s College London.
Following this, she trained as an Academic Clinical Fellow in Prosthodontics and completed a 3-year Master of Clinical Dentistry programme with distinction at the UCL Eastman Dental Institute.
She has authored publications, presented at academic conferences, and is currently conducting research on dental implants. In 2020, she was awarded a Research Grant by the International College of Prosthodontists and nominated for the Dean’s Research Prize at the UCL Eastman Dental Institute.
